Galaxy S7 chipset Exynos 8890 gets crazy high benchmark score



The Exynos 8890, Samsung's next high-powered chipset, set a new record score on the AnTuTu benchmark site. The tally of 103,692 easily topped the 79,000 recently scored by the Kirin 950 SoC, Huawei's new top-of-the-line chip (a more recent run through of the Mate 8 produced a score above 94K). We expect to see the Exynos 8890 used in the Samsung Galaxy S7 and other high-end Galaxy handsets turned out by the manufacturer next-year. The test was conducted with the chip powering the SM-G9300, which is believed to be the Samsung Galaxy S7.

In case you haven’t heard, Star Wars has a hot new game that’s now available on Google Play. Samsung Gear S2 gets a big software update, here’s what’s new
